Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can I do about collecting the child support money my ex-daughter-in-law is receiving for her son, who is now living with me six months? The child support order is for his dad to pay her, but she moved out of state and left her son with me to raise. He is a senior in high school and of course there are a lot of expenses. For my son to file modification to support they told us would take 6-12 months before it is reviewed. The agreement is between my grandson's mother and I. There should be something I can do to make her stop using the money for her own expenses.
