Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter's divorce decree ordered her ex-husband to pay both her and some bills which he has not done. The case was finalized 1/00 and presently he is self imployed and is threating to take bankruptcy and leave the country. She is facing bankruptcy herself unless she can get her settlement from him. We sure could use some suggestions.

She should immediately file a Motion to Enforce the Agreement and/or Motion for Contempt.
