Common Law Marriage

My ex just told me while I helped pay for anew apartment/home And lent her over 9000 dollars that she had been shacked up with a new man/boyfriend

What rights do aI have or Any re-course living in Florida we have an 8 1/2 yr young daughter and had been together for over 10 1/2 yrs by my count.

Lost and confused?!!!
