Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

common law marriage

i'm 64 yrs old and have been together for 8.4 years with my boyfriend. he's a recently retired police officer and is very controlling and abusive. we have split up and i'm wondering what if any my rights are-as far as my furnishings, bank accounts...i'm not on the mortage but have lived there 6.5 years and helped with bills and what not. he added me to his bank accounts some 7 years ago and i've not touched them. i'm also his beneficiary for his pension. i would like my furniture back if nothing else, but i no longer have any receipts. i'd appreiciate any help you can give. thank you, mj

Florida has no common law marriage.
