Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
This may be complex. I had a prenuptial that was upheld by 3 judges in Florida. It waived attorney fees and I realize that cannot apply during divorce, but should be applied after divorce. I have an ex that harasses me all the time as I have 50/50 custody. I have been divorced for over 7 years. Now the judge tells me to give up my "private" disability income and return to work, tells my wife that it is ok for her husband to contribute nothing to household expenses and that my formal wife does not have to work more than part time despite her ability to make over 100K a year. The judge has told me to sell all my belongings, don't feed my dog, don't pay property taxes or go to jail and she has issue arrest warrant for me in the past for not being able to pay outrageous opposing attorney fees designed to break me. I find this judicial bias and unjust

Is there anything active before the Court?
There is nothing complex about it. Pay your alimony and pay your child support. her husband doesn't have to pay your bills to her, you do. And your children get to eat before your dog does or before the taxes get paid.
the other sides new spouse is not part of the case, If you have a support order then you have to pay it or have it modified to a lower amount. Contact my office for free consultation. 727-446-7659-
Talk to your attorney about requesting a different judge hear the case.
