Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
All right this might be a little complicated. So here goes. My husband left and two months went by. I did not get a divorce because I never really wanted one, but started to move on and was going to. I was told by a doctor I was infertile so thought I was ok. I took a couple tests and they came back negative for pregnancy with this new guy. So my husband gets back in contact and of course I go back with him. But I made sure I got my period first and did. Well I just found out I'm pregnant and realize all this messed up situation and have already told everyone but I realized that I do not want this other guy in my life or the childs. He wanted me to abort! And I don't believe in his girlfriend being around my baby at all or involved. It's just wrong. But my husband would be really good and knows and is ok with it but does not like that guy being in my life either. And I would really like to move to another state to get away from his harassment while I'm pregnant. I live in Florida. Isn't any child presumed the husbands during marriage I'd he signs to it will that make it ok if I tell this guy I had a miscarriage or something or if I say I didn't know I was pregnant when I moved. I need to find a legal way to make sure this babies life is the most normal and best it can be. I thought I was doing the right thing by telling him but my instincts are telling me to get far away!

The biological father will have rights to the child, unless he agrees to terminate his parental rights through a court proceeding.
