Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

To whom it may concern:

I had a roomate file a civil injunction against me and i was thrown out of my own home. I went to court with proof and witnesses and she voluntarilly dropped the injunction. The judge wrote that we were to arrange the removal of my things through her boyfriend. I have called several times and get no answer from either her or her boyfriend. What legal recourse do I have to obtain my things? The case is in Tallahassee Fl. and the items range from personal items (clothes, bed, toiletries, Etc.) to handmade oriental rugs and artwork, silverware, handcarved dining table, etc.

You could file a Motion to Retrieve Personal Belongings and set that for hearing with the court so you can get a court order allowing you permission to enter the premises and get your items on a date specific with a police escort if necessary or a friend or family member, so you have a witness should something go wrong.
