To whom it may concern:My ex husband has custodial custody of our son a few weeks ago he had a medical emergency and can nolonger care for our son.He is in icu and cannot talk. My son is now in the care of my ex husbands girlfriend and she has cut off all phone calls and visitions. Can she do this? If not what can I do?

Depending on what the terms of the final judgment are, you could file a motion for contempt to enforce your rights per the final judgment. you probably might also want to consider filing a petition for modification of custody with the basis that your exhusband is no longer able to adequately care for your son. I don't know what your circumstances are as opposed to his, so more information would be needed in that respect.
Immediately file a petition to modify parenting plan based on what's happened to your ex. At the same time, file an emergency motion for temporary custody. You should hire a lawyer to help you.
