Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
i have some concerns about my daughter.i am going to court in august for child support.my daughters father owes over 20,000 dollars in support.i am thinking about giving him joint custody .who would have to pay child support then.and who would claim her on there taxes.would he still owe me back child support?will i lose my rights if i let her stay up there a while?do i need an attorney or a lawyer when i go to court in august?

Anytime you are dealing with children you should have an attorney to represent you.

Yes you need a lawyer. These issues must be resolved by court order or written agreement.
