is it legal for a 13 yr old to babysit a 5 yr old in a hotel room with other preteens if so...do they need cpr or first aid training in fl

I know of no law prohibiting a 13 year old to babysit a 5 year old - wherever that may be. If the 13 year old is not properly caring for the 5 year old, or is exposing the 5 year old to dangerous activity, this may be held against the parent as neglect.
