confidentiality agreement

If a person recieves an annuity, due to an agreement of confidentiality. Can that income be disclosed in court, for child support purposes? And if it can be disclosed, what would be required to make that party disclose this income.

Re: confidentiality agreement

The income would have to be disclosed for child support purposes, despite the confidentialty agreement, and this would have to be disclosed automatically on the financial affidavit. If it weren't disclosed, you could do "discovery" such as interrogatories, depositions, and requests for copies of the documents related to the annuity, to find out about the income.
