Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Very confused.

I am married to my wife of three years,we have our ups and down like any other marriage.But this my wife decided that she don't want to be married any more,so she took the keys to the to cars that we own together,the keys to the apartment and and would not allow me tosee my kids.What should i do.
