Florida does not recognize gay couples as having any special property rights. The ownership of real property would generally be determined by how it is titled, although, you might be able to challange ownership in court through litigation.

Cars and other motor vehicles would be determined by the name on the title(s). Personal property should be shared equally between the parties.
