What are the Con's of my ex-wife keeping my last name?

Well, if your name is uncommon and she robs a bank, everyone will know you used to be married to a criminal. But seriously, I don't think you have any legal issues per se, but I have had clients whose ex actually made the news (in a bad way) and gave the client some unwanted notoriety.
