Is this considered a conflict of interst?

My ex-spouse is now engaged to an attorney who she was dating will still married. She is now having him reperenst her regaurding legal matters for our child. I was oppsed to him represneting her while the divorce/legal custody was going on.

Only if the attorney had represented you in the divorce, would it be a conflict of interest.
