what constitutes as an "overnight" with a non custodial parent. How many hours?

There is no specific definition. It's just usually considered the amount of time that it takes for the kids to go to sleep at night until they wake up the next day. It's more than just dinnertime, but it doesn't have to be from when school gets out to when school starts the next day. It's something in between. It's pretty much just where they sleep.

the normal time to go to sleep and awake in the morning and have breakfast. Get the judge to decide if necessary. My guess would be 6PM until 9 or 10 AM
