the lie was that i watched her being ''raped' and did nothing-and was afraid to leave my granddaughter in my care-we had traveled and flown together and other grandchildren many times to different states-this took place after she divorced the childs father and moved from mich to fl actually telling me she wanted to get her away from him-anyhow-she could not state a date time place or even gave a name to us- thank you also there was accussing me of weighing more than i ever have -under mental care and suppose to be taking medication treid to take custody of other grandchildren and take them to mexico just to name a few of the shocking things listed- please give to same attorney

It still depends on who she reported it to. If she made false allegations to the police in Florida, you can have her charged with filing a false police report.
