how do i file a motion of contempt and enforce court order issued?

You should find a lawyer to help you, but if you must do it on your own, download a motion for contempt from the Florida supreme court website and file it with the clerk along with the filing fee and the service of process fee. You can also get the forms from some clerks' offices and law libraries.
