Facts: Wife has exclusive rights to home; Final judgement on 03/31/2006 then in August 2006 she voluntarily moved out of home with out his knowlege, on top of that, she rented out the marital home now December 2006. The husband is the one who is paying the entire mortgage because she has not paid her half. She will not disclose her new home and doesn't allow the him to see the children. she sometimes allows the children to speak to there father via cell phone the only means of communication but most of his phone calls to the cell phone are ignored or returned several days later. Yesterday was thanksgiving the father was not even allowed to talk to his children to say Happy Thanksgiving. I does not seem fair
