Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Contested divorce

i filed for a divorce, my husband is in jail, well he sent back an answer to the petition . but in that it states that ''I am currently unable to admit or deny the allegations raised in the following paragrahs due to lack of information; There is not enough information as to the reason(S) Petitioner has petitioned for a dissolution of marriage.

what dose that mean?

is he contesting the divorce?

will this go into default?
