Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If the costodial parent does not show up for noncostodial modification hearing to lower child support and also note...costodial parent has not let noncostodial see the child and still paying support...should noncostodial for the most part win the modification with good standings?

Perhaps. If you still have to prove that your entitled to the modification. I assuming you have already submitted financial information to the court. The part of the question where you said she does let you see the child has nothing to do with modification you should however file a Motion for Contempt in regards to that issue.
