Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

this couple had beeing separated since october 2010 and they have a child from they marriage.

The couple still married but they leave in separet addreesses since than, now the father of the child has a relationship so the mother doesn't let the father see or touch the child, the father wants to get arrangements to pay child support and get visitacion rights .... how can he get help to get this situacion clear??

There is no such thing as legal separation in Florida, in the eyes of the law they are still married. The father is gonna have to file for a divorce and in that petition ask for the things listed above. If he has questions you can call me at 904-790-3611
