A couple was married in Illinois, relocates to Arkansas, lives there several years. Wife leaves husband and relocates to Florida and husband stays in Arkansas. Wife after 6 months in Florida wants to file for divorce. Can she divorce him in Florida. It would be an uncontested divorce and no children are involved.

Yes, she can because in Florida at least one of the parties must be a resident of the state to have standing to file for a divorce.

As long as it is uncontested, yes. HOwever, if he decides he does not want uncontested, you may have to file in Arkansas because that is where the respondent resides.
