Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Couple married 1 year. They have a 7 and 13 yr old girls. He does not work, when he does he hands over no money at all. Divorce is needed but she feels a failure if told. She is purchasing a home-her funds only. She and bank are requiring him to sign forms to have no involvement now or in the future with the purchase. Today !!!! they all of a sudden want his tax info. Now she is scared. Can she become "estranged" from him by moving into the new home without him? Can he enter or move in there without her permission? Florida has no "seperation" laws.

There is no such thing as legal separation in Florida. So, if the wife purchases a home while she is still married the house is marital property and Husband has just as much right to it as Wife regardless of whether he is on the note or the deed.

I do not answer questions from third parties attempting to "help" a party/friend/relative.
