Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A couple Qs?

My girlfriend's ex-husband only has visitation of their two boys. She doesn't want him to have--name removed--anymore either for fear of the well being of the boys. How can she make this happen?

Also she is having problems with child support? Lack of payments. What can she do?

She can petition for modification of custody/visitation agreement. However, she has to have a good reason. As for child support, there are several things she can do about unpaid support. She should contact an attorney or the Child Support Enforcement Bureau.

Re: A couple Qs?

Go back to Court. She can ask for a modification of visits, but there better a real good reason for it (fear/well-being sound good, but remember she must prove it to the satisfaction of the judge. If he was court-ordered to ap child support take him back in for contempt.
