Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

court impropriety

During my divorce, me and a judge were legal adversaries, I made him aware that I did not beleive that he could be impartial. I formally asked him to excuse himwself for fear of conflict of interest. He refused several times and ended up really sticking it to me. I got absolutly nothiong from 11years of marriage and not sllowed to see my children for the past (5) years. He obligated me to pay (3) times the recomended amount for child support and even went as far as to take real estate owned by my mother and awarding it to my former wife. My mother has spent $35,000 in legal fees thus far. Her property was awarded back to her but remains in the appeals phase. What can I do?

Re: court impropriety

Hopefully your appeal rights have not been waived, but your best bet is to file an appeal.
