Re: Can Court jurisdiction be changed?

Since you have been outside Florida for over 180 days, the Florida court should not have any objections to a transfer to Tenn. I would carefully check Tennessee law before agreeing/asking for a transfer of jurisdiction, you do not want a nasty, unexpected, surprise. There is also a Federal statute that applies, the UCCJA (Uniform child custody jurisdiction act). Good luck.
