I went to court with the mother of my child to get a parental time sharing agreement put into place there are some questions regarding the guidelines of this packet how would I go about having them answered? As well child support was ordered by the judge which I have been paying, I was recently let go from my job and can no longer afford the amount ordered how do I get that changed?

In general, when someone paying child support loses their job - or is dealing with another substantial change in circumstances, the proper course of action is to attempt to modify the child support order. Until the modification is ordered you should attempt to continue to pay the amount previously ordered by the court. The amount of child support you pay may be impacted by the amount of time you spend with the child, so you may want to settle that issue first. In regard to getting your questions answered - it's tough to advise you without knowing what the questions are.
