Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

court order

My brother is going through a divorce, he is also incarcerated. I represented him in his divorce and made a settlement with his ex wife's attorney. Per court order, she has 30 days from the day of those proceedings to pay a cash settlement to my brother. The 30 days ends on February 26 and she only paid me a 1/4 of the amount. What do I do if the deadline rolls around and she has not paid? How can I inforce court orders?
