Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My court order from our divorce says that i have possesion of the marital home till our last child turns 18. We can sell it befoer then or when she comes of age. I pay the mortgage, taxes and ins. I am ready to sell, but my ex refuses to sign to list it. Even though its a court order. What kind of petition do i get to get us infront of a judge to tell him to follow the order?

You would need to prepare an Emergency Motion to Sell Marital Home and list all your reasons and submit that with a Request for Hearing to the Court. If this case is a post judgment case, you would have to serve these papers on your ex husband and wait for a hearing date from the Court. You may have to closely monitor the court's actions to make sure the case gets resolved sooner rather than later.
