Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have a court order for share parenting he gets the kids for a month in the summer, somthing came up that he is doing and the kids do not want to go, i also feel very uneasy about them going. what can happen if i dont send them? what can he do to me?

You must go to court to modify the order.

He can file a Motion for Contempt against you. As Mr. Slater suggested, you should file a Petition for Modification of Timesharing to change the terms.
