Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a court order to split half of a 43 thousand dollar investment with my husband. The order was sent to the investor and he will not realse the monies. He claims he needs both parties signature. I was wondering how do I enforce the order and get my money?

If you have an order and they are not complying with it then haul them into court on a motion for contempt. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.

You may have to get the order modified so that each party can apply for payment separately.
