Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
currently there is no court ordered agreement between me and my childrens father over the cusutdy of our children. We reside in florida but I am planning on moving to TN with my children. I was offered a high paying job there. Am I allowed to leave the state with my children?

Regarding moving out of State, what you decide to do probably depends upon what action you think the father will take.
If you opt to relocate, "Dad" may run to the Courthouse claiming that you moved without his permission, with the intention of taking "his" kids from him. If the Court believes him, the judge will Order you to return the children. The Order will likely be upheld by the TN's Courts.
If you believe he might seek redress through the Courts, then I strongly suggest that you file a paternity action, and at the same time seek the Court's permission to relocate.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
