Court ordered child support

I Was on welfare about 5 years ago. in which the state put my husband on court ordered child support. needless to say i have not received much. i have gone out of my way to give the state all the info they need to collect. they put in a new income dedction order on 2/17/00 with his present job pizza hut. pizza hut still has not taken any money out of his check, i have made numerous calls to the state child support office to rectify this. i would like to know what kind of action i caake against pizza hut, the state of florida, 7 my husband. we are not divoreced but seperated for 7 years

Your husband and his employer are in contempt of a court order. His employer can be fined. Your husband if found to be in contempt can face jail time. You would need to file the appropriate motions requesting that your husband and his employer be found in contempt.
