Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

there is a court ordered child visitation thursday and sunday 4 to 8. Since February 1st father has stopped visitation. What papers can we file at courthouse to reinstate visitation.

Need more info. Who stopped visitation? Did you mean he just does not show up? If the father does not want to visit the child, you can not make him do so. Is this due to his work, is there some underlying reason as to why he has not visited. You might want to check things out before running to the courthouse. If this is truly because he does not want to continue the visitation, then yes you can modify the visition so you are not appearing and he is a no show. This is not in the best interest of the child.
