Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have court ordered income deducted child support payments, but the custody of my child has changed and now I am the custodial parent. The child support enforcement office said to submit a review form to get payments terminated. Once they review the case, will they automatically flip payments (so she pays me)? Do I need to specifically request that in my review? Or would I need to open a new case with CSE? I cant afford a lawyer so using CSE is my only option.

You need to file a petition for modification of custody with the family court. The judge will change the custody to you and, usually in the same order, stop your child support and award new child support to be sent to you. You can then send that order to CSE. You should really use a lawyer for this (it will probably be cheaper in the long run since the odds of screwing this up are high), but, if you have to, you can download the forms for it at flcourts.org.
