Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Court orders state we have to notify my son's mother 60 days prior to his last day of school. What if any recourse does she have if we don't do it by the deadline. We are unsure of our plans for the summer and don't quite know the dates yet. The final judgment does not say anything else but that we have to notify her. We emailed and asked for an extension from her but as usual we have not gotten a response.

Notify her that you will be taking your son and that the details of the vacation will follow.
