court orders

my wife moved to CA with my son and now were divorced. im supposed to have him for summer i sent out the tickets and she will not answer my calls to make sure she's bringing him ,nor let me speak to my son.i pay my child support every month, but i can't afford a attornjey right now and i want to see my son and speak with him.
