If the court is referring to holiday entitlements in regards to visitation. What holidays are they typically referring to?

Could be all of them: Christmas, spring break, Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King Day, July 4, etc. If the parties are Jewish, it could include Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana. Other religions may include other holidays.
