Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do I go about asking the court to relocate?

How do I Pursue the Florida court to order me and my children permission to relocate? I cannot afford an attorney but am willing to do the paper work myself. Where would I get the forms? I have looked on www.flcourts.org and did not find the form. Does anyone know how to start? THANK YOU!

Relocate? Out of state?

File your motion with the court. Go to the Law Library in your County or, perhaps, the Clerk's Office, Family Division, can assist.

Your motion should include some cogent reasons. Talk to your ex, maybe, just maybe, he agrees and it will short-cut the process for you.
