Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can I get the courts to order my ex wife to have a psychiatric evaluation done? My ex wife and I have been divorced for about 6 years now. She has custody of my two children. She constantly texts me with unnecessary stuff. One day it will be her yelling at me calling me a "low life piece of s**t father" and "I don't deserve my children" to the next day being "Oh my gosh! Your daughter did the cutest thing today!" She's constantly flip flopping like that without me even saying a word to her. It's her pattern. I have numerous texts documented of her telling me she's taking me back to court and I'll be getting certified letters in the mail (which I haven't received a single one because it's all just a lie). I also have a letter written by her stating verbatim "How can I raise two kids when I am a mental mess myself?" I honestly think she has Munchausen Syndrome or a personality disorder and I have documents, voicemails and texts I saved that I believe prove that. She did have major trauma as kid which is a cause for those issues. Is it possible to get an evaluation?

It is difficult but possible. Speak with a local attorney, do not attemp0t without an attorney assisting you.

You have to file a supplemental petition and a verified motion for psych eval and prove to the court that her mental state is at issue.

IF you are sure she is a danger to herself and the children, have her Baker Acted.
