my cousin is pregnet by my husband, can he get in trubble for geting her pregnet and she is over 18?

I quess you believe in forgiveness. When he pull this again, you might want to consider divorce.

That depends on how old she was when he got her pregnant (or began having sex with her altogether). If she was under 18, the answer is yes.
