Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
i have a cps investigator coming to my house multiple times for allegations made. ive taken my children to the examiner and my children's doctor. all the different investigators all said the same that they have no concerns what so ever to make a case. but yesterday an investigator stated that she was going to talk to her supervisor to appoint a case manger to my investigation. this is the same person that told me that she has no concerns at all along with two other and now she wants to create a case plan. Do i have a right to tell her no if she has not evidence or probable cause that supports the allegation that are being made?

Once they are called out if they find there is a need for a case plan they will institute one. If there is not, then no. Contact the person you have been dealing with and ask why this is necessary.
At some point they have to stop harassing you. Get a lawyer.
