Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What is the criteria to get a restraining order against my parents? I do not want them to have any contact with my child. I have expressed this to them but they still go behind my back. For example, they have gone as far as going to his school without my knowledge or consent to see him on his lunch period and school functions.

They have to have committed at least one of a certain list of crimes against you, such as assault, battery, stalking, etc. The entire list is in the statute on injunctions for protection. You have the right to forbid them to see your child, and you have the right to tell the school that they are not permitted to see your child, but that alone isn't cause for an injunction (a "restraining order").
