Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I had a c-section on Dec. 17th. An infection developed and I'm still at the hospital. My family is taking care of the baby although I still breastfeed him, he drinks both formula and breast milk. The father of the child, who's name is on the certificate, says that because I can't take care of the baby custody goes to him and wants to come get the baby today. What can I do? Please help me.

Without a court order, you can oppose. As father, he does have certain rights. I suggest you seek primary residential custody from the court.
