Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I curantly live in fl, but is planning to move to ny.me and my baby's father broke up a year ago and I our child has been living with me the whole time. If I move to ny without him knowing, will he have to come to ny to fight me?

Need more info. ARe you married? If not, is his name on the birth certificate. If so, you should get a court order for relocating due to family support, job, etc. whatever the reason is and get a hearing date, and serve him. If not, you may be facing problems down the road.
