Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm curious

When a court record says : STIPULATION FOR ABATEMENT / ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR ABATEMENT

Does that mean the divorce has been abated and if so what does abate mean? or does it mean that the financial issue has been abated?

"Abatement" usually means that the divorce has been suspended--at least temporarily--while the parties consider reconciling. You should read the order to be sure, though. The order will be in the court file at the clerk's office.
