Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a current custody agreement with my husband and he is threatening me by not allowing me to talk to my daughter or have anything to do with her. He has told me that he hits her because I am not around to stop him. What can I do?

file a petition for modification of custody and state the facts as you stated them here. Also contact DCF and have them investigate telling them exactly what you have stated here.
