Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Current situation: We have a set time sharing agreement that has been accepts by the judge. The week is split in half with the mother having him Sunday night through Wednesday morning and i have him the remaining time. The agreement also states that he is to go to a specific agreed upon school. He has started at said school and the mother cannot hold her part of the agreement as she works on Mondays until 8:00 at night. Is she legally allowed to have someone else pick him up from school and take care of him during her time (until 8:30 at night and he is a preschooler) if the father is capable of taking care of him during the week. Also, is she legally allow to add anyone she wants (non-family members) to the school pickup list without my consent

File a modification of your agreement with the court , set these additional concerns out in the agreement and have her agree. If not the judge will. Set a hearing and have the judge approve it.
