Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the custodial parent, the father has visitation rights as per the Florida Guide Lines. Which is every other weekend and one evening per week. How far do his rights go as to the school? Or his rights period? Is he able to get documents from the schools office or change or add to the emrgency card or registration papers?

He has equal rights under Florida law to all major aspects of parenting, which includes school, documents and filling out papers. The only exception would be if you have sole custody or sole parental responsibility.
